Creativity is an innate human trait that matters.
These soft pastel mandalas were made by clients who had not made art since they were children.
These beautiful expressions were made in a single session with no formal instruction.

A single session includes:
a short, guided centering practice
an introduction to session theme and materials
a period of quiet hands-on, process-oriented, creative engagement
a supportive, non-judgmental reflection
Sessions may involve: drawing, painting, writing, collage, mixed media, sculpture, and/or movement.

These trees were made by adults in recovery. Each one represents a self that is free from addiction: anchored, nourished, centered, and growing.
This surrealist game called “exquisite corpse” is a short group exercise that stimulates creative play.
It brings an element of surprise; lots of smiles, lots of laughs.
Children’s creative hands find peace, expression, and connection to nature through manipulating clay, baking, and arranging flower mandalas.
